Although none of the houses I ended up buying but it was a extremely helpful as a first time home buyer to see how the market is and see what the high side of my budget was vs my lower side. I ended up finding a house to look at that was just recently posted. Adam got me in to look at the house the very next day on a Saturday and the house was perfect for my needs! We were able to get an offer in by Monday with Adam writing a cover letter why this house is a perfect fit for me and long behold this was the exact reason that made the sellers choose me over other people that put offers in at a higher price!
